Why join the PTA?
Get Connected: You join a partnership that encourages student achievement, enriches the learning environment and promotes quality education.
Tap into a Network: PTA functions are opportunities to meet other parents and teachers, building rapport and discussing issues that are on your mind. You can share ideas, concerns and experiences.
Influence Change: The PTA can be a way for you to more effectively suggest change at your child's school. Local PTA's play an important role by supporting building improvements through advocacy and play an important role in fundraising for curriculum-based programs and social events.
Be a Role Model: By becoming a PTA member, you'll be demonstrating to your child the importance you place on education.

It is ONLY with your support that we can make these great programs available to our students.
Who can join the PTA?
Anyone can be a PTA member! We welcome parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, neighbors, business leaders and community members.
Do I have to volunteer?
PTA membership does NOT obligate you to volunteer or attend meetings, having a higher membership count gives our PTA more delegates at the convention for the Washington State PTSA.
What benefits do I receive as a PTA member?
As a PTA member, you receive a host of benefits including discounts and offers plus the cost of your membership and any donations are tax deductible.
Partners include Great Wolf Lodge, Silverwood, Legoland, FedEx Office, Key Arena, Washington State Fair, movie tickets, show tickets, car rentals, plus much more.
